Pros: Friendly, accommodating staff.Availability of dinner, there was no other place to eat for miles.Rooms were comfortable, with a nice porch.
Cons: The incredible number of roosters that started crowing at 2 am and did not stop. This was overwhelming. Also, the hungry cats in the outside dining area made it difficult to enjoy our meals, and the meals were very good.
Cons: Hotel charged me the service fee of 10% payable to priceline. This made it so we paid xxx. Plus 10% service fee. It clearly states on our reservation the priceline fee is included. They also charged us the 7% sales tax. I sent them an email showing them

Pros: Excellent location, the rooms are right next to the beach, the property was clean and the landscaping was beautiful.
Cons: Room quality for the price was poor, house keeping did not care about the look of the room, left dirty towels, knocked things of the counter and left them on the floor. Wait staff at the restaurant was horrible, rude at times, neglected a table for half an hour, we had to wait for food for very long. The front desk staff was friendly, but didn't provide timely information about excursions and tours. Overall, ok experience, but not worth the money. Would not go back.
