Pros (+) It is a good location. Just walk across the street to access the Boardwalk. The hotel had a rooftop area with lounge chairs which was enjoyable.
Cons (-) The hotel has a very, very small parking lot in site which was always full. So we had to park two blocks away every time and walk back and forth. The worst part for me was that our room had no windows! On our first night we discovered a huge section of black mold growing on the ceiling tiles. Thankfully the hotel fixed the tile the next day.

Pros (+) The staff was very nice. Newly renovated.
Cons (-) The breakers went out. And caused the heat to go out. It was in the 30's outside. Our room was interior so it wasn't too bad, but not comfy.

Pros (+) I don't know what people have to complain about. This place was priced reasonably. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. The staff was super polite! Location was amazing. Just a short walk to the beach. I have no complaints.
Cons (-) Honestly there were no dislikes. We are actually planning a trip to come back and stay there again for a longer time.

Cons (-) When we first walked in we were relieved, the place looked decent. halfway up the stairs all you could smell was pot. Our room was across the hall from the laundry room. Our bed shook everytime someone started their laundry, our room wasnt cleaned, old used soap bar left in the bathroom, our bed was not made with clean sheets.
