Excellent 10.0
Pros: Mauna Kea is a very special place, elegant and understated. Everything about it is very well done, from the personal service to the art and physical surroundings. It is smaller than the similarly priced upscale chain hotels nearby and that makes a big difference.
Cons: There was an outdoor wedding there on Saturday night with loud electronic dance music. The music did stop at 10pm, but I recommend that if you would not be ok with the loud music at night, that you check with them to see if any weddings are scheduled while you are there.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Love the location ..
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The views. The staff
Cons: I got terribly burned sitting under an umbrella. Didn’t put skin protection on my stomach/chest because I knew I was staying under the umbrella. Their umbrellas don’t keep u from getting very sunburned!
Excellent 9.2
Pros: View location
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location. The beach, and the relaxed atmosphere all through the hotel.
Cons: Cleanliness and upkeep of the room and bathroom. Service at the restaurants. The fact that it was needed to rent all equipment to use on the beach.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: I believe one of the main reasons you have to book this hotel is the beach! Not only it is extremely long, but also clean, with crystal clear water! We saw a turtle who was swimming few cm away from us, we saw manta rays, so many fish. I highly recommend! We love manta rays watching spot! The hotel is in very quiet area so you won’t be disturbed by anyone. It is great to walk around the golf course, there are great trails. I recommend you to eat in restaurant above the beach, especially during lunch time. Breakfast buffet is just fine, enough options for 4* hotel, everyone can choose. Beach staff are super helpful and extremely nice! Is rather hotel for adults, there were not many children which makes it a perfect place to relax.
Cons: We booked a golf vista double room and it was supposed to face a golf course but rather was facing a parking spot in front of the reception. Anyway it was not noisy which was great. So no big issue. The hotel as well as our room are pretty old, both would deserve to be reconstructed. Beds are not comfortable at all, too soft!!! As the hotel is in quiet area, be ready that there are no restaurants around nor any grocery store. So you must eat in hotel restaurants and there is also small grocery store in a lobby. Hotel staff could be little bit nicer, sometimes they rather ignore you. Once we had to ask to have our room cleaned as cleaning ladies forgot. But these are just minor issues. I would not recommend the restaurant on the beach, staff are nice but food below the average.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Resort property has many exquisite places to sit and savor...
Cons: The food

Okay 5.0
Pros: The location of the breakfast was nice: outdoors near the pools. But the quality of the food was mediocre.
Cons: We stayed at a few other places on the island that were beautifully designed and where we were greeted with great warmth. This was a corporate environment with a cold feeling. The pool for our building did not have any visible staff and the pool was not cared for with towels, etc. The main pools were beautiful and the real selling point. Otherwise I would not recommend it. The staff were trained to try to sell the guests with other trips.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Yes,I'm disabled, and the lack of accessibility to a good restaurant is ridiculous. We couldn't enjoy a $150. Dinner because of how far the walk was. Why do report restaurants close at 9?? Really?
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I loved the daily activities for kids.
Cons: I wish there was a lifeguard.
Okay 5.0
Cons: No baby swim aids allowed in bigger kids pool only in small shallow baby pool. It is really inconvenient if we want to get in a swim with our babies to be only restricted to sand pool! The Hilton allows float aids so we went there instead
Good 7.0
Pros: Spacious condo.
Cons: The front desk staff was very unfriendly. I reserved 4 condos through booking.com and the property only had 3 condos for me upon check in. They did not help me to secure a 4th condo, and made me sit there and wait for 4 hours. They kept blaming booking.com and told me to leave and walk away until I figured out how to book another room on the Hilton website on my phone. Even booking.com's customer service could not help me. After a long ordeal with a very uncaring front desk manager, I felt disrespected and humiliated. I would never stay here again. There are other properties with better customer service.
Good 7.0
Pros: Room was roomy with a beautiful view of the mountains. Pool staff were friendly and one of the operators were also.
Cons: We had one operator that needs a refresher course in manners. I called to ask if they had something available and instead of apologizing for not having it, I got a firm NO! And then when I asked if another dept could assist, again another NO! When I texted my greeter, it was the same girl and her reply was a little snide and when I responded to her saying she could have been nicer, I got no reply. No apology - no response at all. I would’ve expected more for the amount of money we spent to stay there. We’ve always had great experiences there and will continue to go.. Hopefully won’t have to deal with “Pua” again. She was efficient but she needs to remember the tourism industry is about hospitality and customer service.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The room was really great! Great kitchen and a lot of great spaces around the property to have a bbq. Also really loved the free shuttle buses that ran every 15 mins. Allowed us to go to the other hotels, shops, beach without having to hire a car. Also had great live music and happy hour every night at the bar!
Cons: A little bit far out and only one restaurant at the hotel. But was nice to explore on the shuttle bus.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The room was beautiful. It had plenty of outlets for electronics including a flat wireless charger which was much appreciated. It was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were spectacular. I used the nice tub several times. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. The view was great! Liked seeing the goats on the fairway. The pools were fabulous. Lots of options for adults and kids and whether you wanted to be part of the action or just wanted some quiet. Really enjoyed it. The registration staff helped us coordinate our move to another property up the street for our second week here. We were grateful for their help.
Cons: The breakfast buffet was so so. And ended pretty early. We couldn’t get a second cup of coffee minutes before closing at 10 am. For some of us coming from long distances it takes a while to get acclimated. An extra hour for breakfast would have been appreciated.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Room was very comfortable and well-equipped. Nice appliances, good water pressure in the shower.
Cons: Wished the lanai was bigger, the hope was the lanai would stretch the entire width of the unit instead of just the living room section.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great pools for the family!
Cons: Cleaning was inconsistent, not enough towels given. Would need to call for more even though the same amount of people were staying in the room and they took all the towels.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Pools are fantastic. Staff are super friendly and very attentive.
Cons: Can’t think of anything!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Our stay was fantastic! The staff so friendly and our room was so clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast and ordered evening pizza and it was so delicious. Our vacation truly was a vacation! Mahalo nui loa!!! We will come back again. :)
Cons: None. The bed was so comfortable, hot water, clean rooms, water bottle (thank you). Just fantastic!!! Mahalo :)

Excellent 10.0
Pros: We loved the oceanfront views from our room. Their restaurants are delicious, and they have an amazing breakfast buffet. We have free parking for the car we rented and then there’s also a shuttle that will take you into town for free which is really nice so you don’t have to worry about how to make it around. The staff is amazing, our room was cleaned everyday which was really great. Fresh towels and flipped bed. No complaints. We’d definitely love to come back here again. The pool and hot tubs are also really nice and clean as well.
Cons: Nothing really, we loved everything.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Beauty of landscapes
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Ultra friendly staffs, free snorkeling gear, free cabanas, luxurious rooms.
Cons: Nothing
Good 7.5
Pros: Location amazing Clean rooms
Cons: Very old building Unacceptable invasion of birds in breakfast restaurant
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The room as nice and big, the staff was great .
Cons: you needed better and more affordable breakfast items, I didn't care for the fact that I had to spend at least $60 for 2 for breakfast.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The quiet and relaxing atmosphere
Cons: That i could have gotten the room cheaper as a Kamaina, but couldn’t get through the phones to make rsvp through a call on online.
Good 6.5
Pros: I like the location, staff and the facilities like the Gym, Pool and beach.
Cons: The Room is old, requires some update. Bed have no proper doona (duvet), we had lots of ants in our room.
Good 6.7
Pros: Nicely laid out, beautiful landscape, nice and clean rooms.
Cons: Not much to do at night, everything is closed at 8:30. No bar after 6. Coffee shop opens from 6 am to 10am! Limited restaurant options.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This was our anniversary trip, and the staff at Mauna Lani made sure we felt special and celebrated. The hotel was so relaxed and quiet, with beautiful beaches and views. We will definitely return when the renovations are completed.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: We stayed Sunday-Weds and it wasn't crowded/busy at all and so relaxing. We loved the grounds of the resort and the open/airiness of the hotel. We walked arounds all the ponds and looked at the fish and enjoyed the cabanas on the beach. Although we didn't as much advantage of it, there are free workout classes (yoga, pilates, etc) and free usage of the snorkel gear, kayaks, and bikes. The shuttles that can take you to the Fairmont, the Shops (with grocery), and the gym/spa was very convenient. Everyone was very friendly at the hotel. We had an ocean view room where we could view the pool area too and we were able to watch the gorgeous sunset from our balcony every night. Our king bed room was very spacious with double sinks. I would definitely stay here again.
Cons: Not a huge deal, but there were some ants in the bathroom and when I left a can of juice out on our coffee table. We also ate at the Honu bar (spelling?) the new bar and it was just the 2nd night it opened. The food and drinks were overpriced for the atmosphere of the bar, which looks like it was put together with random leftover furniture. I think if they invested more into the ambience the food/drink price would be better matched or keep that space as a casual cafe. It would be nice to have a more casual priced restaurant at the resort, where you could grab coffee, drinks, and sandwiches. I felt like the eating options were limited.
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: I used to love this place - the funky retro vibe was kitchy and the staff used to be super friendly. Now? Not so much. I was attacked by what I'm guessing are bedbugs and the front desk had no reaction whatsoever. As a repeat guest they used to upgrade me all the time - this time I asked about it and was told different things (they don't do that anymore, the rooms weren't available, check back later). Meh - there are better options on the island.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Resort facilities were amazing and staff was exceptionally helpful. We will be making this our annual vacation.
Cons: Rooms could use updates, but any time we told the staff of any issue they immediately took care of it and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and helpful. The rental equipment is terrific and easily accessible. The views and peaceful nature surroundings are surreal. You feel like you are in your own private paradise.
Cons: The long wait for Dell's Beach house restaurant even when we made reservations at 8pm.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This hotel is amazing! Everything about it is beautiful! The grounds are a slice of heaven.
Cons: There are giant sliding louver doors on the sliders to the lanai. In our room the right side was broken and didnt open all the way. We let staff know upon arrival but it never got fixed. This made it hard to get in and out of the slider door.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This is a very nice upscale hotel. Gym is good, pool is beautiful and like that it has a sandy beach.
Cons: It is very far from everything. But most of the nice resorts in Kona are far from town.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Absolutely beautiful, spotless, all staff very friendly and welcoming. Great beach with good snorkeling areas.
Cons: I got free buffet breakfast because I was part of a conference but I didn't eat other meals there, all the food was expensive. I did order one small pizza which was very good but it was $24.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: We were there at the beginning of the virus crisis. The staff was GREAT even though they probably would have have rather been with their own families. ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL!
Cons: Their toilets are too short especially for elderly folks trying to get up and down. At the least, they should install ADA hand bars. They could also rotate their mattresses as one side seems flatter than the other!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Hotel employee the front desk was amazing! The aloha spirit is definitely found at this hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: All services as advertised, great customer service.
Cons: Daily $35 parking fee (really $40 with all the taxes)
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Private beach with lava reef barrier which means less wave than a normal beach: very safe for kids to play and snorkel in it.
Cons: Lots of moths in patio every morning (but I think that's a part of the tropical environment). Not particularly bothering.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Quality, luxury yet chill relaxed environment.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The facility is good ! The beach is great too !
Cons: The service at brown’s beach house was really bad . I wrote the mail to the restaurant and did not get any reply ! I will not go to that restaurant again . The price was not cheap and I did not have the service I expected.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Gorgeous property, lots to see and do right on the resort, and everyone was very kind! All the food options were great though Brown's Deli was really helpful if you wanted to get your day started quickly. We had a great time!
Cons: The only constructive feedback I can think of is that the bed had a high spot in the middle so you kind of sunk to either side of it. The room also could have been cleaner but I often feel this way about all hotels I stay in.
Good 7.0
Pros: Staff and location.
Cons: The hotel charges for everything!! A little silly to nickel and dime customers?? They will eventually change for salt and pepper!

Excellent 10.0
Pros: It’s a great property. Right on the prettiest beach of Big Island. It’s an upscale resort so a little steep in prices but totally worth it!!!! we had booked a partial ocean view and were upgraded to a full front ocean view room. The amenities are excellent. Close by to lots of small areas to go and explore but you will need a car to get around. The water is crystal clear and the beach is beautiful. The hotel provides towels, chairs, umbrellas at the pools as well as the beach.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Beautiful location, friendly service, wonderful food and amenities
Cons: Some construction noise while at pool and on beach
Poor 1.0
Pros: different dining options. The snack bar was fantastic!
Cons: The construction, jack-hammering, heavy machinery caused non-stop commotion, right next to the pool and ocean which why we stayed there. Hotel should have advised on the website and during check-in.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Sweeping open spaces far from the crowds of Kailua-Kona. Beautiful open lobby and a cool drink at check in. Nice pool and great beach. This was our 3rd visit and probably won't be our last.
Cons: Always at least one flight of stairs to get down to pool and beach, so beware if someone in your party is mobility impaired. As others have commented, dining options are few and pricey. The Coast Grille was closed for renovation during our stay, limiting the choices even more. Fortunately, there are many choices further up the Kohala coast and a little ways inland at Waimea. We do miss the old tradition of free orange "slippahs" in the room, but apparently the bean counters got to that one.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Bed was very comfortable and the room spacious. Everything was very clean. Fantastic location.
Good 7.1
Pros: The property and views are amazing for most of the resort. It’s one of the last couple resorts in the north, but still convenient to other resort areas, as long as you have your own car.
Cons: Unfortunately, there is construction on a completely different building that fronts most of the North tower and workers could be seen and heard early in the morning. This was not clearly described and we would’ve likely chosen a different resort had we known. The staff did find us a better room in the South tower, but that room ended up being full of bugs the last few nights.
Good 7.0
Pros: Fabulous location and amazing beach. Spa services excellent. Breakfast wait staff and hostesses very good and friendly Check in and front desk wonderful and welcoming.
Cons: Beach boys and pool staff grumpy surly and full of commands Not approachable. Made me feel like I was bothering them and at camp.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Beautiful location, gorgeous hotel. Nice ammenities
Cons: Food was expensive. The sister hotel has a little store that this hotel does not have to buy fast food, liquor, and candy.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Room cleanliness, size, restaurants, beach, service was great. You get what you pay for..
Cons: Cheap snorkels
Good 7.0
Pros: Location, beach, friendly cleaning staff
Cons: Very windy
Okay 5.0
Pros: Friendly, respectful staff. Hotel was clean.
Cons: We paid for an upgraded premium ocean view room w balcony. Our room was at the far end of the resort. There was an ocean view, but we directly overlooked a new building under active construction which was an eye sore and very so noisy we couldn't sit on our balcony. We were told the hotel was at full occupancy so they would credit us the valet and resort fee. After a bit of pushing back, the management did end up moving us to another ocean view roo (which we were appreciative of), though there were many palm trees obstructing the view. It was a pretty view, just not the full ocean view we had expected. Our room was clearly set up for one occupant.. one coffee cup, creamer, bottle of water and to go cup. The hotel staff was, however, friendly and responsive throughout our stay. There were several other hotels we could have chosen, with full ocean views, had I known of the construction issue. The food was overall just okay, nothing great. This property seems to be much more of a family oriented hotel, which is great for families with young children. My husband and I ended up spending much more time at the hotels partner property next door, the Mauna Kea. We loved the feel of that property.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: I love the hotel room and facilities, especially the gym and staff members.
Cons: The hotel is under construction, so it's very noisy from 8 am to 5 pm, you can't relax between this times. We couldn't relax at the pool and at the beach because of the constant jackhammering no stop!

Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was beautiful and affordable for my family and I! We had an employee named Clinton who checked us in and he was so friendly and professional! They even had complimentary juice! We’re from the island and it’s hard to find employees who work in customer service relations so for him to be so humble and caring was a shock and appreciated! The space and rooms were comfy and clean! The lanai was spacious! Pool was enjoyed all day long by the kids! Location very close to shopping center!
Cons: My only complaint is we couldn’t stay longer!
Good 7.5
Pros: Wide area, shuttle between part of them, possibility to share all Hilton parts of this resort
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We love here on the big island and while staying at this property it really felt like we were on a different island really on vacation. It was quiet and convenient and our family had a very good time.

Pros: Lovely staff - nice and quiet - very clean
Cons: Lack of eating options

Pros: Great location! Close to shops, restaurants and less than a mile walk to "A" Beach.
Cons: Room in disrepair. Stained shower curtain, cracked and chipped tile, broken granite, needed painting and the list goes on! Old appliances are very noisy and fridge rattles waking you up at night. Kitchen table was gross with glass cover that couldn't be lifted to clean cheerios out from under it...yuck! Huge AC unit on Lanai that ran even if you turned off the room AC so must be for other units as well. Couldn't eat meals out there because you couldn't hear each other talk while loud AC unit was running :( Ceiling fans need to be oiled. They squealed with each rotation. No basic supplies in kitchen like salt and pepper? Really? Management staff were indifferent to our parking issues as none was assigned for unit D31. We had to drive in circles several nights in a row for 1+ hours to find visitor parking. We finally called management company each day to let us know which parking spots were available for that night. We requested a late check out, however even with no one having booked the room for the next few nights, they gave us until 12:00 (check out is 11:00) We had an amazing time in Hawaii, however the accommodation was very disappointing. Total cost for 14 nights was >3500.00....a little steep for this quality of a condo.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Fantastic facilities and space. Perfect for the family. Onsite pool, gym and bbq area were great. Nice short walk to Kings trail and shops / restaurants.
Cons: High chair for the kids and new chairs on the lanai would be great (current ones were in bad condition)
Okay 4.6
Cons: All of the seating was broke down, the sofa bed was broken, the dishes in the cupboards was dirty, not enough linens wash rags, showers were filthy with others hair still in them!! Beds need to be replaced with decent mattresses, would like a discount refund for our stay!
Okay 5.0
Cons: The security deposit be returned quicker
Good 6.0
Pros: good location and proximety to consumer necessity (food, beverage), good beach. Central location on the kona-kohala coast for sightseeing.
Cons: Staff not helpful with tips and advice! The room had very worn out furniture, carpet that is stained, dirty. The garbage disposer has a warning sign not to put anything in it, just minimal plate scraping or else it'll clog! No trash collection in 10d
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The grounds and landscaping was excellent, along with the pool area.
Cons: The room was dilapidated and unkempt. There were marks along nearly every wall, the blinds barely worked, the majority of the space was severely outdated. We will not stay in Outrigger again.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: very comfortable, well equipment, cool furnitures. Lanai was nice with watching golfers. BBQ was good. close to shops, close to beautiful beach, wonderful access to all around the island.
Cons: If it was a little cheaper. TV doesn't work.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Nice pool and BBQ, free parking, right beside petrogylphs, lovely place, spacious, beach chairs and boogieboards
Cons: no tennis
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Location and open space
Cons: Beds could be better quality & the kitchen should be stocked with some basics like salt & pepper
Excellent 8.8
Pros: I love the deco and provision of the different necessaries such as dish detergent, laundry powder, pots & pans, hand held vacuum machine, surf boards, beach towels, additional towels and many more. The villa is also very near to King's shop and Queen's market for us to do our shoppings. The service provider was also very accommodative as they provided us with the ground floor unit that we requested.
Cons: The house wasn't clean enough as we spotted two small roaches on the first day of our stay. However, the remaining days of our stay were fine. The TV was a little difficult to switch on as it responded slowly. It works fine after we figured out how to do it.
Okay 4.2
Cons: Bed mattress extremely uncomfortable.Rude staff working on property who told us they would "write hs up" if our kids go close to the jacuzzi and to "never come back".
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Everything about it
Cons: Operation of the TV s was tough

Pros: Exclellent stay.
Cons: There were some dishes inside the washing machine that were not clean.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: The tile floors in the kitchen/stairs and living area were all the same - dangerous for someone with a visual impairment - you might consider changing the stairs , it all looks like one level from a distance
Okay 5.0
Pros: I liked the location. The condo itself was a good size. The pool was nice and the grounds are nicely maintained. It is quiet.
Cons: There was not enough parking. We had just one car each for two condos, and we had to drive in circles to find a place to park. There should be at least one spot reserved for each condo--perhaps a second for an additional fee. Residents should be discouraged from parking in the non-reserved spots. It was very annoying. I was disappointed in the amenities. I wanted to play tennis, but when I went to the office, they said they didn't have rackets for rent. The condo was poorly appointed. I spent a fortune on Kona Coffee only to have it ruined by the cheap, 1980s Procter-Silex coffee maker. All the dishes and kitchenware looked like they came from a garage sale. And there was not so much as salt and pepper in the kitchen. The management will leave you one spare roll of TP. So, if you're there for a week or so, you may need to call in for additional supplies. This is so unnecessary--it seemed really chintzy. That said, if you need something, the staff is friendly and will bring it to you fairly quickly. Our condo didn't have any pool towels, and they were delivered within an hour. If you want to relax and watch a little television on your vacation, don't expect a flatscreen HD TV. You want a robe? Bring one from home. With tax, service charge, and cleaning fee, we spent $425 per night per condo. For the price, I expected more.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Awesome amenities, almost everything we needed was already included in our stay! There was even a rice cooker, which is essential for us. Beach gear was included in the unit, and was highly appreciated. The pools were spectacular, even though we spent most of our time at the beaches. Location was great, gated community was a big plus! The staff was the best! They were helpful with all our questions and requests. Very friendly, very professional.
Cons: Limited nearby parking. It's first come, first served. Most of the stalls were reserved. Cleanliness of the unit could have been better. There were a few noticeable cobwebs, and bathroom fixtures could have been more polished. Upstairs TV was dated. Wish BBQ's were closer to the units.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: It’s very comfortable, a real home away from home. Very secure, with a gated entrance. The pool was amazing!
Cons: Some appliances are quite dated, but all still functioning so can’t really complain. Even though the property has a garage, there was no access to it which was disappointing, as you had to find a parking spot. Some times the parking spots that were available were quite far away from the townhouse.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Loved the layout of the villa. Loved its location. Loved that it came with so many extras!! (Games, videos, beach supplies...). Loved having laundry facilities in our villa!
Cons: Small ants in the upstairs bathroom. Small scorpion in downstairs bathroom!

Pros: The price and the location worked perfectly for my trip.
Cons: Lack of privacy. The sliding glass door in my room had sheer window coverings. The door entered the backyard and a shared public patio. They could also use a microwave or a toaster oven for use by the guests. Lastly, it would be nice if this was a non-smoking residence. The room was fine, but common areas reeked of cigarette smoke.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The bed was comfy and big. The view from the patio was great. Not far to the shops. Shared kitchen had all that you could need.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Good location not far from the Waikoloa resort and beach area. Friendly staff. Lots of space. Some view of the ocean, albeit from a significant distance. Reasonable price.
Cons: Very dated and tattered. Sparse facilities and supplied. Noise from other rooms.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The room is clean and cozy, the owner is very sweet. We were left alone and the place is very quiet.
Cons: The walls arebvery thin,so you felt the need to whisper.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Staff is super accommodating and polite. The place is super quiet. I felt super safe. I will go back for sure.
Cons: I thought I had an ocean view from my room. Other than that, there was nothing I didn't like. Love the place.

Good 7.0
Pros: Beautiful older facility with a wonderful history. Nicely furnished. Space heater helped.
Cons: Too cold in the room. Soap dish in shower needs fixing. Place cries out for a renovation and addition of food.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I received some flowers as a gift and put them in a coffee cup in the sink ( for lack of a better place). When we returned to our room later in the day, it they had been put into a vase on the table. Just a nice gesture! The tub was AMAZING!
Good 7.0
Pros: The room was much better, larger, more well appointed than I expected. Huge rooms, bathtub with Jacuzzi and a separate shower, great towels, large sitting room with two couches, a refrigerator, glasses for wine and a coffee machine. very comfortable bed
Cons: The location was far from the beaches, but I knew that going in, I just didn't evaluate it properly. Waimea was colder than I thought. No TV or in room internet.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: large rooms, bed comfortable, nice towels
Cons: no breakfast available
Okay 5.0
Pros: Good shower
Cons: Remove tacky bed posts. Replace dead plants. Replace mattress and bedding. Replace gaudy fans with Island looking fans. Add a couple of chairs and a floor lamp or two. Add a small microwave.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very tastefully furnished and decorated.
Cons: A few mosquitoes. It is too bad they no longer serve food or beverage here. That would be nice.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This was our second visit to Jacaranda Inn, both were very satisfying. You folks have done a great job decorating and fitting out the rooms, thank you.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Location
Cons: No WiFi Needs upkeep.
