Pros (+) Ordered a room but snow storm cut the trip short. We needed to stay at another hotel room but couldn't due to already having booked a room. Forced on a dangerous journey back home in treacherous driving conditions. When requested to cancel reservation, super 8 declined to honor the request. What a shoddy bunch of money grabbers.
