The room was very out dated. The thermostat was so old I couldn't figure out how to use it. It zapped me as I tried to find a nob to turn. The AC unit kept making a loud clunk sound. There were little gnats flying around and my shoes kept sticking to the floor. When I complained they moved me to a new room. They were very nice and even gave me a bigger room for o charge.
