Like: Location. Room size. Breakfast. Perrsonnel. (which bybthe wat was outstanding) DID NOT LIKE: Cost-benefit The mattresses were terrible. We brought it up to.the fromt desk person, and she told us she'd would accept the claim from Kayak to refund us $50.00 We booked two rooms and one had frigde and microwaave but the other didn't.

Internet did not work 90% of the time that we were there. By evening the water was not hot enough to take a hot bath. Breakfast menu never changed even though we were there are several days. Air conditioner was very touchy. Sometimes it was cold. Sometimes it was not.

Pros (+) The location was absolutely wonderful. The price was just what I was looking for, the room was what I needed.
Cons (-) I found myself wishing there was a microwave in the room. There was also not anyone at the front desk until check in started.

Pros (+) The location was right outside Yellowstone which was our destination...that was the ONLY plus about this place.
Cons (-) It's completely dated, the room was dirty... my kids and I were walking around barefoot in our room and when we went to get into the rock solid beds out feet were black! There was some orange rusty substance coming out of the shower head that left the what was white tub ORANGE after my shower. There were dead bugs smashed into walls through the room. The room smelled terrible of mothballs. We paid...

Pros (+) The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good.
Cons (-) There is no elevator and the a/c did not work. Also, I couldn't get the internet to work in my room but if I went to the common area it would work. This was the first hotel I have stayed at where they ask you your room number when you go to get breakfast.
