Cons:Free wifi for all!!
Cons:No complaints here
Cons:When booking I thought there were two queen beds. Upon arrival we had only a king. With our 14 year old son we needed two beds, and that’s what we got, a room with two twin beds. Sleeping two grown adults in one bed was not good. The hotel lobby and some floors were being renovated and we didn’t know that when we booked, only when we arrivedd.
Cons:My elementary aged child and I arrived in the late evening ready for check in. Upon arrival I was told that they didn't have any rooms available. I had pre-paid for my room upon booking and to say the least not thrilled to hear the news. After 20 minutes of calling, typing, and an additional staff member, my very tired child and I finally got keys to our room. The facilities could have been cleaner. My daughter and were attending a convention, and the carpet inside of the meeting space was FILTHY! The carpet looked as if it had never been vacuumed ever. Our clothes were covered in a weird mix of carpet shedding and other particles that carpet had collected.
