Pros (+) Staff was very courteous and helpful.
Cons (-) Room was a little run down. Cabinet doors not attached completely. But everything was clean. Plenty of room.

Pros (+) It was unique and yet perfect for any type of stay, and felt very inclusive. It was set up like an apartment, and felt luxurious. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. We were amazed at what we got for such a reasonable price. The staff were the nicest I've come across. I would recommend it in a heartbeat to anyone I know.
Cons (-) The shower wasn't my favorite. And I can't find an apartment as wonderful as this hotel.

Pros (+) The loft was fantastic. Exactly like the pictures. Everything was neat and clean and the staff was very friendly. We only stayed one night but it made us wish we were staying longer. We will definitely be back. The location was great too, being so close to the Intrust Bank Arena made our trip easy.
Cons (-) The parking situation was a bit of a struggle. For starters, the lot is quite small, tight to traverse, and the spots are at seemingly random angles. Then, when we returned from an event later in the evening there wasn't a single spot available. The tight lot made it that much more difficult to turn around/back-out after passing through with no luck at finding a spot. And we were not the only ones...

Cons (-) It's a bit noisy in the area, but I just used a white noise app on my phone while sleeping and it worked out fine.
