It was a suite. That was nice.
Carpet was a bit dirty.
Quiet hotel. Good location not far from retail. Very clean.Comfortable.
Great hotel and will stay there again when I travel to Wichita.
I did not like the fact that it was a pet-friendly hotel and I was not clearly informed. My wife and I are allergic and were all stuffed up while we were there.
The staff was helpful and nice. The room was clean and really comfy.
The only thing i would have changed was the 10am sunday breakfast cutoff. Maybe take it to 11 as many Saturday night guests are ioo quite late.
Inside of the toilet was not clean
Table in room was wabbly . I was afraid if I touched it that it would break.
Nice rooms, friendly staff, the breakfast was excellent! The place was clean and well appointed. Would stay there again.
Upon arrival we were told they were overbooked and had no rooms for us even though we had booked one week out from our trip. The front desk staff made it seem like there was nothing he could do and we would have to figure something else out. He didn't keep us informed. Turns out the manager was on his way to work out the overbooking situation and he was able to help us. But the front desk staff was unfriendly throughout the ordeal and that we were more of an irritant than anything. The maid staff knocked on our door at 9:00 am asking us when were going to check out and she said check out was at 11:00 am when it was really at 12:00. Overall the staff was unfriendly and uninformative, but the accommodations were overall comfortable. The tub in our bathroom was not clean, which was disappointing, but we were only there for one night so we didn't complain.
The bed was very comfortable.
The customer service of the front desk and maid staff were not good.
I would have rated this hotel a 10/10 if it were not for the housekeeping staff. We only booked our room for one night, Friday night of Labor Day weekend. On Saturday morning at 8:22, we were awoken by housekeeping knocking on our door and attempting to get in (even though the information in our room stated cleaning services will not begin until 9:00 on weekends and holidays). Again, 1-2 hrs later, they were back at our door again knocking and trying to get in! Then it sounded like the housekeepers were having a 'conference' outside our door, talking loudly to each other for approximately 5 minutes. The hotel did not seem to be at full capacity by any means, so what was the rush to clean our room when we had until noon to check out? And does the front desk not communicate with housekeeping to let them know when guests have checked out so that they can then clean the rooms? I guess I should have put the 'do not disturb' magnet outside our door, but I didn't think it was necessary since I didn't think we'd be bothered until after 9am (or at all) anyways. This was a huge disappointment in what would have been a very pleasant stay.
Very nice, clean, newer hotel. Spacious rooms that were nicely decorated.
Housekeeping seemed overly anxious to get into our room to clean it...the first time at 8:22 am on a Saturday morning! The hotel was obviously not full, why was there such a rush to clean our room first thing in the morning?
