Cons:Rooms are small, smelly and the customer service is terrible. Not enough towels in the room. The bathroom seems like wasn’t cleaned thoroughly or properly sanitized.
Pros:Good location but...
Cons:We needed two rooms so thought I’d save a buck and stay here. Both rooms were dingy and not especially clean. One room had soiled sheets and we had to move to a different room. I’ve slept in better beds on deployment. The staff was not especially helpful. The breakfast was $10 per adult and kids ate free. Seems like a good deal but honestly the free breakfasts at most other hotels I’ve stayed at were far better with more choices. Hotel is aging and clearly not much effort put into upkeep. Not worth the money you might save.

Pros:The new restaurant that is in the hotel was great! The food was fresh and cooked right from scratch!
Cons:The bathroom didn't have any ventilation in it. There was stains on my Bed linen. The rug was coming apart under the sink.

Cons:We were told that we could check in at three o`clock, which is normal for most hotel chains, so we went on to BG for a few hours before going to the hotel at three o`clock. When we arrived, there were several families waiting in the hotel lobby. There was one family ahead of us checking in, and we heard the clerk tell them that their room was not ready yet. Now we knew why the families were in the lobby. They were told we have no definitive time for the room but hope that within the next half hour or so. It was now our turn and we were told the same thing. I asked do we get a reduced price, and they brought down the manager of the cleaning staff to give us some lame excuse about some machine breaking down and that they would get it done as fast as possible. Not going back to this hotel again. There is a Best Western farther away but at least they let you check in your room on time. Very disappointed because when your was a Days INN, we stayed there several times and never ran into this problem. Very sad.
