We stayed in room 322, upon check in, the front desk personnel informed me that there was a $50 hold for any damages at check out - understandable, no problem. I walk in the room to immediately find a red stain on the carpet, the entry light fixture hanging down, the cover for the shower head handing down, the exhaust fan completely disabled, every piece of furniture with food crumbs, the bathroom lacked cleanliness, etc. I immediately call the front desk, as I don’t want to be charged for any of these damages, where the individual who just checked me in is very rude about my expectations, so I end the call, not offered a new room or any one to review my concerns. Amenities - from what I saw, they looked okay, I did not partake in those. Lobby - appeared nice, in orderly condition. Staff - could use a little more training in customer service, care and room detailing. Location - great, not there was road work upon arrival immediately in front which made more difficult to get in. Parking - okay.
