8.0 Excellent
Pros: We didn't make breakfast we relaxed and got dressed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A very fast and friendly check in. We came to Massachusetts a day earlier having already booked another high priced hotel, we regretted not booking this motel for the entire duration there. We will absolutely stay at Cozy Corner every time we come up to see family on holidays. The more expensive hotel was the biggest disappointment of our experience there. This motel had a nice welcoming feeling to it. A nice brook next to the property and a good location in town. The breakfast was a nice spread although we didn't eat, the coffee was extremely good and couldn't get enough of it. This motel stay was a 10 for us and will only come here for every future event.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: We were greeted very warmly and allowed an early check-in. The location was excellent, just a few minutes from Williamstown. A very cute old school motel with mountain views with continental breakfast included.

9.7 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, who did their best to assist with faulty A/C, which eventually worked well. Location and grounds were very nice, especially the patio area next to a babbling brook. Proximity to a good restaurant was a plus. Room seemed recently renovated-shower was great!
Cons: Air conditioner wasn't on correct setting and room was hot initially.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good location for all the Berkshires attractions. Convenient restaurant and continental breakfast. Nice stream on the property. Will probably use again in the future.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is very friendly. The rooms are huge and very clean
Cons: Breakfast is included and had a decent selection. A touch above a pure continental breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was amazingly accommodating! But when you book, make sure to request the NEW SIDE OF THE BUILDING. The old side is... Old.
Cons: My fiancé and I wet first assigned to a room in the old side or the building. It just felt a little sad and tired. I called the front desk and the lovely clerk IMMEDIATELY switched our room to a new one which was great. Luckily we were there for a couple days that weren't too busy but if they can help you, they will. Seriously nice staff.

Room came equipped with microwave, small refrigerator, clothes iron and iron board, hairdryer, coffee maker with coffee, alarm clock and phone. I did not have time to check out the breakfast so I cannot comment. It was cold outside and the room had adequate heat inside. There is diner within a couple of minutes walking distance and a Stewart's gas station a couple of minutes north of the Motel. Three miles to the center of Williamstown.

Bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water with good pressure. Room had good lighting inside and the property had good lighting outside for safety.
Cons: I cannot remember anything that I did not like and because of the price per night, I felt the value excellent.

Pros: Very clean ,well cared for room.
Cons: Heat was too hot on a very cold night so we ended up with the windows open.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: location
Cons: very loud neighbor slamming doors from 3 am on. Never saw anyone who worked there the whole time we were there. No one at check in just our key left at desk with my name on it and no one when we checked out. Very strange.

Pros: Very clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, who did their best to assist with faulty A/C, which eventually worked well. Location and grounds were very nice, especially the patio area next to a babbling brook. Proximity to a good restaurant was a plus. Room seemed recently renovated-shower was great!
Cons: Air conditioner wasn't on correct setting and room was hot initially.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good location for all the Berkshires attractions. Convenient restaurant and continental breakfast. Nice stream on the property. Will probably use again in the future.
Cons: The shower was a bit mildewey and didn't drain completely.
