Beware of windy days
The staff was super friendly, rooms where cleanwe, and it was nice the hotel was next to Wal Mart and close to the airport.
The Breakfast was ok, but if you stay there more than a couple nights be aware they just repeat the same two meals every other day. While I was there it was blizzard conditions for one night, which meant high winds. Most of the ac/heater wall units in the hotel you could hear nothing or a whistling sound, which was fine. The unit in my room on the other hand made an extremely loud vibrating sound when the wind passed through it. I brought it to the front desks attention and they insisted it was just the wind and there was nothing they could do and because of the snow the hotel was full and I couldn't switch rooms. I informed them the vibrating sound was not normal and there was something loose inside causing it, maybe maintenance should take a look at it. They still insisted nothing could be done....it was awful trying to sleep through the noise. Thank goodness the rest of my stay wasn't a windy one!
The staff was helpful
I was not impressed by being woke up to the fire alarm at 3or so am. It was not the first time it happened as the fire department was in no rush to get in. It was the electrical board at the desk that malfunctioned and I would say has happened before from everyone on staff and fire men's reaction. Also because of the inconvenience I feel we should have received some sort of reinbursement
