New, clean, well located, friendly and well furnished. That being said and although we liked the overall minimalist and functional design the sliding bathroom door that does not slide into the wall but simply leaves a small open gap is not a good design and puzzling why it was done like that. Overall, recommended

Pros (+) The rooms are large and have a great closet, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. The bed was super comfortable. Enjoyed that I didn’t have to leave the hotel for snacks, breakfast and meals. There was a breakfast buffet and you could also order eggs.

Cons (-) Room was extremely cold. Wind blew in around the heater and window and heating unit couldn't keep up. Obviously poor construction quality
