Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to ski slopes and shuttle access, making it very convenient for skiing trips. Many reviewers also appreciate the helpful and friendly staff, as well as the spacious rooms that are suitable for families. However, several guests express disappointment with the quality and variety of the food, particularly breakfast and dinner buffets, and some mention issues with the small and slow elevators. Overall, the positives are the location, service, and room size, while food and elevator experiences are less favorable.
