Staff there are helpful and the computer connection in the lobby is very fast. The room is large.
My room is close to the bar and so it's very noisy at night. Worse still it's close to the main road to another side of Zermatt and so the noise from cars passing by is also large enough to keep waking you up. I think staff's English is not very good and so they do not speak too much to us and do not take too much initative to help.

I enjoyed the spa a lot and the views from the hotel room. Most of the staff were quite friendly and helpful. It was also nice to have 24 hour internet access in the lobby, and the breakfast was good.
The whirlpool tub is actually not a "hot" tub, it's luke warm so don't be surprised....but it's nice before and/or after sitting in the sauna. Also, the gentleman working behind the counter was not friendly. The rest of the staff was great, and I think he may have been the owner...but he seemed quite arrogant and was rude when we were checking out.
