Pros (+) The price lured me in.
Cons (-) I left 45 minutes after checking in when the no hot water issue arose. I then asked for a refund on my two night booking. The hotel clerk told me because I made it online she couldn't refund either night, I had to talk to hotels.com. I called hotels.com and they refused to refund it without approval from the hotel. Never working with either business again.
