Pros (+) Lovely grounds.
Cons (-) Some services seemed disorganized like airport shuttle and handling guest complaints. Listed as 4 star but would rate it closer to a budding 3 star based on consisty of service.

Pros (+) Breakfast buffet is great and servers were friendly. Rooms were clean and the grounds are attractive.
Cons (-) Our first room had some much air freshener that I started getting a headache. I never get headaches. The front desk was a little reluctant in giving us another room. Had to wait about 30 minutes to get another room.
