Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful and peaceful location, describing it as sublime, magical, and ideal for exploring the area. The service, especially from the restaurant and breakfast staff, was highlighted as friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Breakfast received high marks for quality and variety, with several guests calling it the best they had in Scotland. However, there were repeated complaints about uncomfortable beds and some issues with cleanliness, such as rooms not being thoroughly cleaned or mattresses being old and lumpy. Despite these drawbacks, the overall atmosphere and positive staff interactions made for a pleasant stay for most guests.
