Cons (-) the air conditioning was turning off and on which had the room very uncomfortable when taking a shower the water pressure went down to almost nothing for 2 minutes

Cons (-) Not sound proof! I could hear toilet seats dropping, guy next door sneezing, toilets flushing and every conversation in the hall way. My apt is way more sound proof.
Pros (+) Our son lives nearby & I love that I can walk from this hotel to his apt which is in the Addison "village". There is also a beautiful park that I & my service dog love to walk in. We stayed here when it was the Holiday Inn & everything was clean, well-kept & easy. The change to Radisson has brought renovation & new staff. Cons (-) Short-staffed. The front desk was often un-manned. The once cheerful dining area is now closed. There used to be self serve coffee & water. Not anymore. The once beautiful lobby is now a jumbled mess. One of the two elevators was out of order. The renovations make the hotel look unkept & disorganized.
