I was amazed at the incredible breakfast selection. And the staff could not have been more kind and friendly. My favorite breakfast item was the spinach and Swiss cheese quiches and the assortment of gluten free options.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's breakfast selection, central location, and spacious rooms. Many found the staff accommodating and friendly, especially at breakfast and the front desk. However, several reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, particularly in bathrooms and elevators, and noted lapses in service, such as unhelpful or inattentive staff and inconsistent housekeeping. Despite these negatives, the overall value, room comfort, and amenities like parking and pool were appreciated by many guests.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) The free hot breakfast!
Pros (+) Recently updated...clean...nice breakfast options...convenient to shopping and restaurants.
Cons (-) Pool was out of order...had been promising 5 yr old and 9 yr old for hours on car ride that they could swim when we got there...advanced notice via email or text for a major amenity being down would have been good customer service. Also, no upgrade available as a customer service apology because I booked through Expedia/Kayak...even though a suite WAS available.
