At check-in we were informed that data related to the bags we purchased through Kayak website didn't "follow" and we were requested to pay again for bags we had already booked online. The staff was extremely unhelpful, pretending that they "do not know Kayak and do not work with them". In the end we had to pay 50 € for one carry-on bag, which was something totally unheard of to me. We complained to Air Arabia at the arrival in Casablanca but hey did not follow up in any way. I recommend paying more and flying Royal Air Maroc to Morocco, where such things never happen.
Seating was very tight
Catering
Pros: The crew was friendly and the seats were very comfortable. The flight left a bit earlier than expected. I like that.
Cons: The person collecting the boarding passes could have used another person helping her.
Cons: 35 minutes delay at Tangier airport after boarding without any explanation. When the aircraft starts its descent, it was a nightmare, everybody was scared .. No explanation !
Pros: It was fine for a short flight
Pros: Aircraft, rate
Cons: Crew, boarding
Pros: Crew very attentive
Cons: I wanted to buy some duty free fragrance and I wanted to pay with credit card, but they didn't have the one I wanted, and what's more, they didn't have a credit card machine either. So the sale was lost!!
Cons: No beverage service at all....Not even water!
Cons: Charge 2 euro for a cup of tea. Ridiculous
Bad flight they charge me the weight for my laptop.
Cons: Bad experience Bad flight they charge me the weight for my laptop. I was been traveling everywhere in the world this is the first time found someone charge for the laptop weight. I will never use this company again.
Expected more...
Pros: The flight was so empty, I coukd stretch across the whole row to sleep. It also landed safely at the destination.
Cons: No food or drink was provided. There was no entertainment. I have been on flights where they give you blankets, headphones, full meals, and a TV screen to watch or listen to music. This flight was very boring and unpleasant.
Human Resources !!!!
Pros: Aircraft, rate, on time, boarding
Cons: Crew, they were moving and talking too loudly disturbing passengers who were willing to have a rest. As I were placed on the last line, the toilet door was hitting my seat each time someone was getting off
Cons: Too much official control checking - passport/customs
Good team in checking.
Pros: Was a lovely lady whit a big smile in her faces. Pls lock after her.
Pros: did exactly what it said on the tin
Cons: no problems at all
Dyslexic mistake that couldn't be fixed
Cons: Being registered (very) dyslexic, I occasionally make booking mistakes. I called the second i realised i had input the wrong date and explained that it was not a cancellation i wished to make, just a crucial amendment due to my disability. Unfortunately this fell on deaf ears, and I ended up having to pay an additional £72, which was about 75% of the original flight cost.
Great Crew - Excellent Service
Pros: The service provided through out the journey wss excellent. Great flight to Agadir, cost effective and an amazing experience.
Dont Check iin your luggage!
Cons: I had to pay for my luggage 285 dollars and it was more than what I spend on souvenirs. They had no compassion.
Nightmare
Pros: We were given no information will be kept in the quiet until the last minute we were then told and flight was delayed then we were told our flight was cancelled we were taken to a hotel where we were fed but we’re not allowed any drinks most of us returning from holiday had no spare money so we had nothing to buy anything with we were told we would have breakfast and refreshments in the morning but we didn’t get anything we will put on a flight at 6 AM where we presumed we were going to London and ended up in France where we were made to get off the plane for a period of 15 minutes without luggage made to go through security being told we were allowed refreshments and we were taken straight back onto the plane with no food or water from 8 o’clock the previous night if anybody is reading this avoid and Arabia Maroc like the plague
Cons: Air Arabia no rock did not keep as informed did not treat us with respect did not treaters in accordance with any human rights leaving is from 8 PM without food or water till 6 PM the following day when we actually got to London I think it was out rages disgusting and totally on necessary
Packed like cattle
Pros: Nothing
Cons: No room to recline seat. No food on an international flight
Pros: aircraft n staff
Best cabin music!
Pros: On time departure & arrival. Loved the Arabic music during ground time.
Cons: Was never offered water or beverages in spite of being in premium seats.
