Very professionalCons: You only sell food and water using dollars, I could not buy any food or water on the airports due to my name not been printed on my tickets and caused a great delay and I could not buy anything to drink because I had no dollars on plane, I was for more than ten hours without anything to drink, you did not have credit card facility either
Pros: Actually the only good regional airline (after Air Astana)Cons: A pity that they are still blacklisted due government not complying with international civil aviation standards
Cons: That the airline's aircrafts are registered in Kyrgyzstan instead of Turkey (49% of Air Manas shares are owned by Turkish Pegasus Airlines) and thus are blacklisted by the EU. The Kyrgyz civil aviation authority will be certified by the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) at the earliest in 2018 and will probably even then not pass. A pity for Air Manas which seems to be a solid and well managed airline to remain on the EU blacklist due to government incapacity to play its oversight role.
Typical shuttle servicePros: Routine shuttle service. Got us there and back safely.Cons: Transfer buses were very crowded. The flight was full and the buses with luggage was tightly packed.
Good flight. Awful Edinburgh airportPros: Flight pleasant. Loved coffee and gluten free packCons: At airport, board directed us to gate 23. There was one announcement which could easily have been missed that this was wrong and should be gate 1. The other end of the airport. Getting there the ground staff asked rows 1-20 to board. This was then followed by an irritable announcement of " last call to board" and no inbetween suggestion of the other rows. Irritable unfriendly ground staff. Not a good start.
Cons: 1hey and 10 mkn to board inside a super hot aircraft. Then, they lost our luggage on a direct flight from Calgary to vancouver. Did not have any type of information to give us and employee seemed not aware of what to do. Still not able to get on hold with their customer service.

A bit minimalistPros: For airline food, it's better than most. Crew are friendly & accommodating, but scarce. Direct flight out of Toronto was a blessing - no worries about missed connections, lost luggage, etc. and who DOESN'T want to fly Aer Lingus when going to Ireland!Cons: When there is a problem w/ a passenger boarding, staff need to better manage the queues. Seats are a bit cramped & don't stay upright. Had no earphones & when I did manage to get some, they didn't work right.
