Pros (+) Loved the breakfast staff - really great customer service. Good food options. But the staff were amazing.
Cons (-) The reception staff ( particularly the 2 young men ) were totally disinterested - in fact looked irritated by your presence. When we checked in if we hadnt already paid I would have turned around and walked out. The man behind the desk heard us come in but didnt turn around and continued to do whatever he was doing. Then he mumbled "hold on" then continued for about 5minutes to work on his papers ...
