Granted, I was there over the Holidays, but while some employees were very friendly and helpful, some seemed like they just really didn't want to be there. The room came with coffee service for two, but coffee cups for one. In fact, that lone paper cup was the only cup in the room; no water cups, no glasses. Pros (+) Very clean, very quiet, excellent breakfast selection. Friendly staff.
Cons (-) I left a note in the bathroom letting them know that the toilet seat was very loose. It was never fixed nor did anyone respond to the note.
