Man staff reception no really helpful. We asked for an early check in and it not approved even we should pay €20 extra, as i have been informed on email. Baby bad wasn’t in the room as you promised. You requested €18 city tax even in my booking the it was included. No kettle in the room.

Honestly I love this hotel They staff are really friendly they room Cleaned, the bed was confortable to sleep on they tower clear and the have a restaurant inside the hotel and they food was delicious if I have visit Amsterdam again I will choice this hotel over and over again
