The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and warm hospitality, with several guests highlighting individual team members for exceptional service. Breakfast was frequently mentioned as a highlight, with many appreciating its variety and quality. Cleanliness was also noted positively by multiple reviewers.
