Pros (+) Fantastic location. Great beds and very helpful staff. No problem checkin at 12:00 midnight! Late check out no problem. Left car till late no problem. Very clean and incredibly convenient.

Cons (-) The hot water in the bathroom was intermittent ranging from lukewarm to cold. There’s no excuse for that. Other than that, the property was as expected.

Pros (+) I was able to do a late check in, also when I checked in the young gentleman at the counter was very polite and knowledgeable about what was going on in the area. When we checked out the young lady I spoke with was also very knowledgeable about the hotel and booking and room costs. Rooms were very clean, and we'll kept.
Cons (-) Only thing that the hotel needed was just a bit of referbishment. Love the old look of midevil times for the building but can tel it been there for a while, could use a bit of brighting up with some paint in the front, more definition in the brick look, so it would pop more while driving bye. When trying to turn on light with switch at door nothing turned on, not sure if plug was switched around b...

Pros (+) A perfect spot to be within walking distance of Disneyland for overnight accommodations at a family friendly price. Great value! The pool was heated and you can easily see the fireworks from the 4th floor if the little ones are too tired to go to the park.

Pros (+) Proximity to Disneyland can hardly be beat. Standard rooms are decent sized, modern enough amenities. Rooms were clean and housekeeping did a nice job. Friendly front desk and valet, always saying hello. Would DEFINITELY consider staying here again, especially with a decent rate.
Cons (-) Not exactly a bargain price, but you're paying to be so close to Disneyland. The surface of the pool deck was a little dingey, but the pool and hottub were both nice enough and in a great spot for viewing the fireworks.
