Pros:The staff was helpful. I kept tipping the lady that prepares and serves breakfast because she works doubly hard.
Pros:Staff very nice. Location and shuttle service a plus.
Pros:I enjoyed our stay here. Very close to Disneyland and complimentary shuttle was much appreciated. Despite the many children around, within the room you couldn't hear a thing. Loved that it is close to gas stations, food, and freeway.
Cons:Couch and carpet in our room was stained, maybe should be cleaned or replaced.
Pros:The staff was very friendly and understanding when I contacted them to advise that we would be arriving close to 10pm. There was plenty of parking and the room was very clean with all of the standard amenities. The continental breakfast was pretty basic - coffee, juices, milk, cereal, yogurt, toast, waffles, and condiments - but it served its purpose. I would definitely book again. They even offered their parking lot and shuttle to Disneyland use for the day we checked out.
Cons:The bed was slightly uncomfortable (read: not as soft and fluffy as I prefer).
Pros:Everyone was nice. Very clean, nice room. Close to Disney.
Pros:The belgian waffle at the continental breakfast is amazing.
Cons:The shuttle to disneyland has a very limited schedule, so limited i will never stay here again, no matter what the price of the rooms are. No elevator, staff at breakfast is a little rude.
Cons:Everything was bad, the pool was out of service, no one ever told us you can only bring one car, any other car was to be towed. The rooms smelled and the constant drilling and jackhammering in the morning does not allow you to sleep. The manager was not accessible to help alleviate anything or our concerns. NERVER coming back to this place, it was junk!!!
Pros:You get what you pay for. It's a great place for going to Disneyland or the surrounding areas when you're on a budget. I found it to be very clean. And the staff is super friendly.
Cons:What I do have to say is that a lot of things need to be fixed or replaced. The management and the people in the front office are horrible! They treat the other employees like slaves. The front office staff doesn't do a single thing to help nor do they communicate with the guests nor the staff. very understaffed.
Pros:The location is good if you are going to Disneyland.
Cons:The place was filthy. There were cockroaches in the bathroom and by the beds. Paint peeling and everything was broken. Not even the faucets in the bathroom worked property. Most of the staff seemed to be angry.
Pros:Walking distance to Disneyland and the free wifi are the only positive things I can say.
Cons:We stayed there for three nights and the hot water availability was spotty, and never in the morning. When I called the front desk, the clerk gave me no reason and just affirmed that there was no hot water that day. Really?
