Overview

Staybridge Suites Anaheim at the Park is an ideal place to stay for those who will be visiting Disneyland, as the hotel is right on the property. This can make getting into and out of the park nice and easy for the guests. The hotel has large and spacious suites that would be a great choice for an extended vacation. It has 126 rooms in all, and both English and Spanish are spoken at the hotel.

The suites at the property have a range of amenities the guests can enjoy. The rooms have premium bedding, free wireless Internet, kitchens where the guests can cook their own meals, private bathrooms, air conditioning, and more. Daily housekeeping is available, and the rooms have televisions with premium channels, phones, and desks.

The property has on-site guest laundry facilities and an on-site fitness center where the guests can squeeze in a workout to stay in shape. In the morning, the guests can also enjoy a complimentary breakfast buffet before they head to Disneyland or any of the other places to experience in Anaheim.

One of the biggest benefits of Staybridge Suites is the location. Those who stay at the property will be only steps from Disneyland and Disney California Adventure Park. Of course, the guests will also be close to plenty of other places to visit in the Anaheim area, such as Angel Stadium, Seal Beach National Wildlife Refuge, and Huntington Beach. They can also find nearby places to dine not at the park, such as Carolina’s Italian Restaurant.

Pros (+) Could walk to Disneyland (20 minutes to downtown disney with 5 & 6 year old kids). Free breakfast every morning. Large 2-bedroom suite on fourth floor from which we could watch the Disney fireworks. Kitchenette had enough dishes and was well-stocked.
Cons (-) Beds were very soft and uneven (our king bed was humped in the middle). Pillows were very soft - requested firmer pillows, but even those were soft. Pool is unheated which wasn't specified on the hotel website.

Pros (+) The room was clean, large, and had an extremely comfortable bed.
Cons (-) The pool area was sad. No character and the water was freezing. I was thinking about the pool all day while at Disneyland with my kiddo. I was so disappointed when I got to the pool and found it unheated. I was the only one to get in, but it was too cold to stay in it.

Pros (+) The size of the rooms, parking structure, and proximity to Disney were all obvious perks.
Cons (-) Room safe wasn’t secured to the room (it could be removed from the room), breakfast okay but immediate and abrupt removal or food, doesn’t feel secure (overnight team was a desk clerk and an older security officer).
