Dirty!
This is a dated hotel and definitely shows the age and apparent uncleanliness of the common areas. Rooms were relatively clean, but wanted to turn around and find another, however, it was a late check in and we were only going to stay the one night, the one good thing, is the air conditioner is great!

Location.
Rude lady at breakfast would not allow access to coffee without full breakfast. Shuttle to airport was a third party that took a while to arrive.

Just needed a bed to sleep in
The beds are actually really comfortable. The rooms have dark over curtains and overall it was pretty quiet. I literally stayed here 8 hours as I needed a place to crash between flights. I slept really well.
They only had decaf coffee in my room.

Not happy
local transport service was fast and friendly.
the carpet in the halls needs to be replaced. I pre-paid for stay through kayak but when I checked out the hotel lost the information from Kayak even though I called the day of check in and they had a record of me. The front desk woman Stacy was very rude and wouldn't help so I asked for the manager and he said there was no record so I showed him my email confirmation. Finally he found it but they charged my credit card for the last 2 days. The manager blamed Kayak and told me to never use Kayak, to only book a room through the hotel. The food was over priced and just mediocre.

The actual condition of the room was adequate
This place is horrible. It's located right next to a lake where planes land and take off starting at about 6 AM. There's no chance you're able to get any type of sleep at this place unless you're heavily medicated. Factor in the price and it's a stay away for sure. I actually paid for two nights but left after one and double paid to stay somewhere else so I could sleep.
