Could have been better.
The service from the staff was excellent. Location was great. Cost was great also.
The handle on the window broke and wasn't repaired so I heard everything outside my window for 8 nights. The door to my room wouldn't accept my key card for the first 4 days. There was no way to pay with a credit card for over a week. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and the tub was cracked. The brace for the shower head was broke also.

Best hotel in Angeles city
I liked everything about this hotel me and my friends had a good time from the security guards to room service to the bar girl and the front desks girls and the upper deck crew was great food and drinks was great if u want to go to Angeles city in the Philippines stay at the Penthouse hotel

Loved the location as it's walking pace to all the bars/clubs in AC. Tallest building in AC whichever gives you a "killer view", especially sunrise!

The bed was very comfortable, one of the best I've ever slept on in a hotel. Luxurious soft pillows and comforter were super cozy. Even the carpet was soft and pleasant on bare feet. Very clean and nice modern elegant decor. Huge floor to ceiling windows with good light blocking curtains that are also nice to look at. Nice ceiling pool w/ swim up bar and jacuzzi. Staff and service were excellent. This hotel was just right for me, not too much, not too little.
The only issue was lack of hot water... shower took FOREVER to warm up. as in over 5 minutes to get to a decent temperature. And the sink was as bad if not worse. Also had problems connecting to the Wi-Fi but it might have been my phone. Eventualy got it working and it was fine.
