Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's clean and spacious rooms, good location, and generally helpful staff. However, there were frequent complaints about the pool being closed or unavailable, inconsistent service quality, and issues with breakfast value and communication. Some guests found the breakfast and amenities satisfactory, while others felt they were overpriced or not as advertised. Overall, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms stood out as positives, but operational issues and lack of clear information about facilities detracted from the experience.
