Hotel La Galeria

I liked the service and how kind everyone was, AT ALL TIMES. Everyone was very helpful and happy and gentle. I left with a feeling of warmth. I also liked the overall look and feel of the hotel. It's a very well kept colonial house. Breakfast was good as well

The things I didn't like are totally subjective and was information I could've known beforehand. The location and the lack of AC. It's not that it's far from the fun places, it's that the area is dark and close to a main road so it has a weird vibe.

The owner is extraordinary and goes the extra mile to ensure you are comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and they go out of their way to accommodate their guests. The building is very secure and we felt safe, and the location is in a great part of town, away (but walking distance) to the main tourist centre in a more low-key area with several excellent restaurants to choose from just a short walk away.

No a/c. It can get a bit noisy when busy as it is an original building.

So many good things to say about this hotel! Great location, super friendly staff, decent sized rooms/bathrooms and spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay here again.
