“Very friendly and helpful staff! Lolo the tortoise was delightful :). Came here for NYE 2021 (during covid curfew) and the staff did everything they could to help a bad situation. The rooftop is nice; saw panoramic fireworks!”
“Location! Super kind and helpful staff: they let us check-in at 5am when we arrived by the night bus. They also gave us a free upgrade for a bigger and more comfortable room for the last two nights. Good breakfast on the nice rooftop terrace.”

“Very recommended hotel! Location is great: in the historic centre with lots of nice bar and restaurant option around. All main sights are a short walk from the hotel. The staff was exceptional friendly and helpful. I have been to many hotels but so far this is the number 1 hotel staff experience. My friend was sick and the staff was very caring, helped calling a doctor who arrived after 10 minutes. One of the highlights were 2 huge turtles which are living in the hotel garden with lots of nice seating options. Breakfast was served on the roof top terrace with a view on the city. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. I can only warmly recommend this hotel!”
