Pros (+) I loved the room. I liked the service. I was very happy. I did not have any issues. The staff was great. I did not have an issue at all. This was a great value. This hotel was exactly what I needed.
Cons (-) There was nothing I did not like.

Pros (+) I am always skeptical about some of these sites but the rooms were just as described! We had a noise issue, however I called room service they quickly took care of the problem! The staff was nice. We are definitely staying again. Thank you comfort suites!

He response was "we're not responsible if something happens to your car". We requested a crib be in our room a week before checking in and of course, it wasn't in the room when we showed up. Pros (+) Room appeared nice. Sofa bed was broken and wife fell through. The wire spring was broken at the foot of the bed. My 17 year old daughter slept in our bed because the sofa bed was so uncomfortable. I had to get on the elevator to get ice because the machine on our floor was out of service.
