Overview
Set at the foot of Mount Toubkal, this resort offers a terrace with panoramic views of the Atlas Mountains. On-site spa facilities include a traditional hammam (Turkish bath) and massages with essential oils. The suites combine a Moroccan and Berber style. With air conditioning in each one, they also have a private balcony and a seating area. On the terrace or in the dining room, a continental breakfast is provided every morning. The guests can also sample Moroccan teas in the lounge or try traditional cuisine with local influences in the restaurant. Pros (+) Upgraded to king with balcony. Above the town so great views and very quiet. Food was Moroccan and very well prepared. Assisted to get a hiking guide with a picnic lunch.
Cons (-) You should call 20 minutes before you get to Imlil so the hotel can send down a donkey for luggage. It is a 15 minute walk uphill to get to the hotel. The price you pay for the views.
