Pros: Loved the modern renovation to the hotel. Very nicely done and the balcony around the event room there (where the wedding was we attended). Very cool design
Cons: We didn't have a sofa bed in the room. Would have been handy to had a place to sit while in there that wasn't on the bed to get ready. And it was advertised and paid for as a king with sofa bed room. So that sucked, kinda.

Pros: The staff were the best I’ve ever encountered in any hotel! The room was large, clean and very comfortable.
Cons: There was nothing that i didn’t like.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room and the hotel were modern and clean (inc granite countertops!). The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hot breakfast was quite good. Parking was easy. The location is also great, right next to shopping and close to the highway. Couldn’t ask for more.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked having a couch and chair to sit in. Also liked being able to bring our dog. The breakfast was very good. Liked the fireplace in breakfast room.
Cons: The coffee maker.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Pet friendly (my kitties loved the field outside the hotel) and close to everything also late checkout (1pm) was a simple ask and was very much appreciated
Cons: Room cards are very sensitive and deactivate completely anywhere near your phone, and other times didnt work at all. Most of the time was for access to the outside side doors to take the stairs up from the field where my cats play. Had to have it reprogrammed 8 times in my 2 days time at the Kanata which was very inconvenient when my arms were full of heavy luggage and my cats! Vending machines out of Sprite :/ and overly expensive for one bottle of pop. Also no Ice in ice machine
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. And very clean rooms
Cons: The breakfast was not up to standards. No hot breakfast.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Quick access from our room through a side door to a big field for our animals to play in and get exercise. Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable and super accommodating for the most part. But Great knowledgable staff and a very clean older hotel with extremely budget friendly room options and some with kitchenettes, sitting area, tables, pull out couch and coffee table. Huge apartment style rooms! Jacuzzi rooms also available at request. Huge Laptop work space as well and Was surprisingly perfect for us!
Cons: The alternate access side doors of the hotel did not have room key card entry. If the door shut accidentally while we were let our animals out, we had to go around through the main lobby doors to get back in. Not a major concern but just a pain in the butt!
7.5 Good
Pros: Restaurant was attached to the hotel and the meal we had was great The staff were very welcoming and helpful
Cons: The bath room was very small and the living room was dark
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good service. Friendly staff. Great experience. Highly recommended.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Unable to control the heat in the room. Plumbing was extremely noisy from other rooms
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked as it should. I travelled with my dog and everyone was very kind and welcoming with him.
Cons: The couch in the room was not very comfortable, but served it's purpose. Though they were a great staff and the hotel was pet friendly, their policy does not allow you to leave the pet alone in the room, or take him/ her into the area where they have the continental breakfast, so getting breakfast was a challenge. I ended up staying 4 nights. The front desk lady helped the first morning by watching my dog for me, so I could grab some food to take to the room. The other mornings I tied my dog to the coffee table in the front desk area, near the breakfast room, and the front desk person allowed me to do that. Though if there were a lot of dogs I am not sure how that would have worked. It was very cold out, so I did not really want to have to take him out to the car to wait, so I could get breakfast. I understand this is a small issue that probably every pet friendly hotel has, but perhaps they could make allowances, or have an area where people can tie up their dogs, perhaps in the long hallway close to the breakfast area, so people could get some of the breakfast that is included in the room and not feel they may have to break the rules to get something to eat.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Incredible value for the money. Lots of ace in the riin. Fantastic staff and the complimentary breakfast was better than many I've had at si-called higher end hotels!
Cons: It was extremely hot in the hotel, even in the halls. We couldn't get the heat to go down enough to sleep comfortably.

Pros: It was very quiet. The location was good.
Cons: Dirty towels on the bathroom floor when we arrived. There was no shampoo. The toilet did not flush properly and we had to lift the tank lid at least four times a day. It took ten minutes for the shower to heat enough for a shower. The pool was down for maintenance. The scrambled eggs and sausage at the included breakfast did not show up until 8:00 am. If our reservations had been refundable we would have changed hotels. Therefore wewe will not use booking.com as a service again ☹️

Pros: staff was super friendly. LOCATION IS GREAT.
Cons: choice of fruit in the morning a better selection of cofee creams and muffins also. MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT IS THE AMOUNT YOU CHARGE PEOPLE TO DO THEYRE OWN LAUNDRY!!!!!!!! SINCE FRICKEN WHEN DOES IT COST $8.00 TO WASH AND DRY 1 MEDIUM SIZED LOAD OF LAUNDRY???????? THIS IS ROBBERY AT ITS FINEST COMPLETELY UNFAIR AND RUDE I THINK. CUSTOMERS SPEND ALLOT OF MONEY TO STAY IN YOUR HOTEL NIGHT AFTER NIGHT YOU WOULD THINK THAT YOU COULD BE REASONABLE WITH THE AMOUNT YOU CHARGE FOR LAUNDRY SERVICES.

2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Staff
Cons: Not very clean at all. Restaurant only open in morning. Bedding was stained needed changing before we could sleep in it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very quiet ! Good location. Excellent pricing
1.0 Poor
Pros: It was quiet, I slept well.
Cons: They advertise “free breakfast“ that is what I paid for with my reservation. There was no breakfast provided. When I inquired they handed me a brown bag with a four day old muffin the smallest apple I’ve ever seen and warm juice. The hotel is generally run down beyond its years. It is poorly maintained with many things that need repair just on the walk from the lobby to the room. Bed linens are shabby, elevators were filthy, if they can’t vacuum the floors in the elevators they probably have not sanitized anything either.
7.0 Good
Pros: The spacious entrance halls and rooms
Cons: Bathrooms were not updated In many years
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Not Aplicable
Cons: Closed for Covid, but complimtary coffee was provided.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Skeleton staff thank you for accommodating our group very friendly time to put some money into being 10/10!
5.0 Okay
Cons: Cleanliness needed work. Out dated decor. We were one of two families in the whole place
5.0 Okay
Pros: The main hotel entrance was grand. The staff tried to please.
Cons: I was disappointed about a number of things. Housekeeping was below average. In the 3 different days we were there, the front entrance rugs nor the elevator rugs were ever vacuumed. And they were highly in need. The beds had the poorest linens I've seen

6.0 Good
Pros: Enjoyed the breakfasts, all in all a comfortable stay
Cons: It would have been nice if the construction workers had not brought their dirty jackets into the breakfast area, even though there were plenty of signs asking them not to.
