Friendly staff and exceptionally clean room
If having a nice dinner in the restaurant and then having a good nights sleep is what your after then unfortunately you won't get this at this hotel. The food was dry and very salty. You can hear your neighbours at all hours of the day and night. If you're unlucky enough, someone will set off the fire alarm at 10pm twice.....

The room was pretty good.
We booked while driving only to arrive and find the restaurant was closed, we had to go looking for something to eat, the spa bath didn't work, the light in bathroom was faulty and the sink tap was dripping all night.

Location Excellent in terms of walking to Armidale centre and our daughters house. Bed and bedding,Towels/Shower,excellent,a larger sign about linen change would be good Friendly owners
We walk most times and a gate at either end of the car parks would be great instead of walking through the sign and gardens TV sound was poor Carpet was shabby and an exhaust fan in the bathroom would be a plus Fragrance free hand body wash would be my preference

The room was very spacious. Although the decor was dated it was comfortably. The meal in the dinning room was exceptionally good very tasty food at reasonable prices and a cosy fire.
The bed was not very comfortable. It was too hard.
