Pros:Great location. Close to restaurants, shopping, Blue Ridge Parkway. Breakfast was very good, room was clean and comfortable
Pros:I like that the room was available at a decent rate, which was more than what I usually pay but all other hotels were booked on a very expensive long weekend. Cleaning staff helped and went out of her way to help me. Bed was comfortable.
Cons:One negative, hotel was under some repairs, car port was closed off so made difficult to turn around, ladders around in places, and bathroom had a broken sink cabinet and the corner was supported by a splintered 1x1 wood stick and was not fastened, not a huge issue, but could pose a Hazard for any handicap since this was a handicap room.
Pros:Staff was friendly, good breakfast, amazing price with location easy to get to from the highway and a quick drive to downtown.
Pros:Great location. Very happy with the room and customer service. Great breakfast.
Cons:The walls are a little thin
Pros:The front host was so helpful and friendly. I wish I remembered her name. Young woman with long strawberry-blond hair. She made us feel welcome and took the time to suggest places to visit, great restaurants to try, etc. Honestly, the nicest host/front desk staff during this trip. We stayed in 6 hotels in the past two weeks. I also loved that they mostly put guests with their beloved dogs on the first floor. At another hotel, I had to ask for the room to be changed, as it smelt like a wet dog. He also gladly moved us and told us most hotels set aside rooms for guests who don't have dogs or travel with them. I figure many who travel with their beloved dogs also let them sleep on the beds. I'm happy that hotels are pet-friendly because we traveled with our daughter, her husband and their puppy, at 2 of the hotels so we had to find hotels that we pet-friendly, but I was happy to be placed in a room that wasn't.

Cons:Breakfast awful. Bad coffee
Pros:Great for those traveling with pets. Breakfast is very basic but serves its purpose. Bonus is 24 hour availabilty of free coffee.
Pros:Have stayed here before. Could tell it was recently updated. Rooms decor and comfort have been improved. Much more comfortable.
Cons:Complementary breakfast is terrible! Precooked sausage was still half frozen. Eggs were either over cooked on the sides of pan or runny in the middle. Waffle batter was like sludge and cooked like sludge. Stick to the fruit, toast and bagels.
Pros:Good location, clean , quite, lots if good places to eat close by, plus outlet mall across parking lot
Pros:Nice staff, clean, free breakfast
Cons:Location was ok, would have liked to stay a little closer to Biltmore and downtown as opposed to a rundown mall.
