Nightmare
The very first night we had all separate rooms and my son was threatened by a man staying on his side of the building so we had to move him immediately. The rooms has such a nasty order to them as well. Next issue was the doors would barely lock. Then we had to switch another room due to bed bug issue. The pictures provided were false we took pictures of each incident and there was blood and a condom found in the other room given which was "NEW". I would love to speak with a supervisor. This place had drug dealing going on, prostitution and police came the last night due to the excessive knocking on the next door from us. Someone also left a six pack of broken bottles under our tire, which we also have pictures of. We barely slept while at this place. We would never recommend anyone!

I chose Ramada West because it was near AC at a relatively cheap price (got one night for $60). The check-in/checkout process was seamless, and I always add in brownie points for hotels with pools and continental breakfasts.
I should have known that for $60, I would be getting a $60 hotel. Even though I was in a non-smoking room, my room (and the entire hotel for that matter) smelled like it was saturated with smoke. The furniture was scratched, chipped, and hasn't been replaced for 20 years. The beds had no support on them, and even with the air conditioner at full blast, I had a film of sweat covering my entire body when I woke up the next morning. Also, power outlets are sparse in the rooms.
Okay
Comfy beds and pillow, bathroom water pressure on point, Breakfast really good, the pool was nice too. Service was great too
It is dated, things need to be repaired as well and cleaned a little better.
Worst rooms and lobby..muddy smell..some lights were not working in the room..
Piece of crap
Nothing
Old... ran down..dingy smells..feels like a motel in the hood..paid over 300 for 1 night..because 4th of July weekend Pool small.. ph and chlorine levels probably not in range to health department guidelines..reason surface is painted blue..

Nothing special. Wouldnt want to stay for more than one night. Card didnt always work with the door.
Average
The stay was abordable, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was ok... better than nothing.Cant complain. It was a placé to rest my head at an affordable price.

There weren't bed bugs, staff was nice
Everything else
The location is really comfortable to reach Atlantic City by the car. The food is far better that you can expect from the continental breakfast.
The walls seem to be too thin and basically you can hear somebody breathing in the other room
Casino Shuttle
Only 1 round trip shuttle per day.
The hotel was in a good location, very close to the Casinos.
There was no ice in the hotel and the rooms were a little cramped.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
I like the fact that if we chose to go to Atlantic City transportation would be provided as a free shuttle. The breakfast which came with the room was very good and offered for a decent length of time.
The beds in the room were incapable of giving anyone a good night's sleep and desperately need to be replaced! We were suppose to have a king size bed room and they didn't give us one. Instead they gave us a room with two double beds which we are too large for. A refund should be offered by Ramada West Atlantic City.
Nothing - it was horrible!!!
There was loud music, screaming, etc. until late hours - we did not feel safe at all... My car alarm was set off several times. We were afraid to open our room door. The police were called!! The room smelled horribly of mold and mildew and we only stayed one night and checked out early... The only reason we didn't check out that original night was because we were afraid to open the door!!
the best thing was the pool
the main thing that i did not like was how the bath tub had a few stains, the towels were rough, (needs downty) they charged my credit card 4times and i only stayed one night. took them all day to put my money back onto my card. Very upsetting.
Nothing , The place smell and it was dirty.
The towels was like using brillo pad that's how hard there were.
Room was o.k. close to Atlantic City and parking free; fridge in the room
Breakfast buffet only plastic dishes and cups, not organized for so a lot of guests, no place to sit down
I loved the view and how close it was to the board walk and the casinos.
There were some kind of tiny bugs on the bed sheets. I had packed my own sheets so everything else after that was great.
