Everything about this hotel is beautiful
Wouldn't change anything here
The staff were great they were there for the customers.
The room was not cleaned well, there were snack bags near the night stand from previous guests, also the ice bucket still had a bag in there with water from previous use with ice. The shower door did not block water from going all over the bathroom!!!
Comfortable bed, good price, nice outdoor pool area with plenty of towels and cold drinking water, and lots of parking.
Bathroom fixtures need updating. Fingerprints on windows and mirror. Loud music in outdoor pool area made it hard to relax.
Room was gracious.
More space unrelatedvto gambling
Room was dated and not well cleaned. Our floor seemed to be a hub for staff; you could hear staff only doors opening and closing frequently. The refrigerator was old and running loud and, at times, a high whistle sound - at night, we ended up having to unplug it. The outdoor pool was extremely over crowded. Lounge seats were difficult to get for those that didn't get there at pool opening and there were not enough sun umbrellas. However, the pool service staff were outstanding. The check out person was not warm and friendly and did not clearly convey payment information.
The Water Club is an exclusive escape from the bustle of Atlantic City, offering travelers access to the casino, restaurants, and nightlife of the attached Borgata. Higher-end business and leisure travelers are attracted to The Water Club for its superb meeting rooms, designer shops, and two-floor spa.
The Water Club is best known for being attached to the Borgata casino on Renaissance Pointe. From this location, guests are within walking distance of tons of entertainment options, restaurants, and nightlife, plus only two miles from the Atlantic City Boardwalk. Other attractions within a 10-minute drive include Farley State Marina, New Jersey Transit train station, Atlantic City Convention Center, retail outlet shops, and the boardwalk and beach.
Due to the hotel’s sophisticated stature, many of the amenities, such as the adults-only heated pools, aren’t designed with families in mind. In addition to the casino, concert venue, and restaurants next door at the Borgata, there are two outdoor pools, three indoor pools, a two-floor spa, and designer shopping on-site at the hotel. High-tech meeting rooms, a modern fitness center, and many more features are also on-site for guest’s enjoyment.
The 800 contemporary accommodations at the hotel offer modern furnishing but come with more amenities and better views than the Borgata. In addition to rooms being more up to date, they also all feature flat-screen TVs, bathrobes, iPod docks, and wet bars. Luxurious features in the rooms include customized Sealy mattresses and Egyptian cotton sheets.
The level of quality offered at the hotel and the number of convenient amenities comes with one of the highest price tags in Atlantic City.
