The shower didn't get hot....
Room was clean and although the air conditioner was fairly loud, it blew very cold air.
Staff during check in was pleasant. However, staff during check out was extremely unpleasant. I had just finished gathering my things when I heard multiple loud knocks at 10:50am. Along with the loud knocks was a womans voice screaming "check out". I already had all of my things packed up and was ready to walk out of the door and head to the front desk to check out on my own. I still technically had 10 minutes left of my stay and the situation was just uncessary. When I opened my door, there was a woman and a man standing at the door. I asked the woman if she would like my key and she didn't respond so I asked again and with a very rude tone she replied "yes, key". I would have been more understanding if I had been in the room past the 11am check out time but it was not past 11am. I still had some time to check out on my own and the situation was just extremely off putting. Not a good way to run a buisness in my opinion.... The room was clean which is always important to me. However, multiple outlets in the room were not working which left me with only 1 working lamp out of the 3 that were in there. I also had a hard time finding a working outlet in order to charge my phone. I had to try 4 or 5 different outlets before finding one that worked and the one that did end up working was very far away from the bed so I was unable to use it as an alarm while sleeping like I normally do. It was not a huge deal to me, I made it work and was going to tell staff about it while checking out so they could look into it, but due to my extremely forceful and unpleasant check out experience.... I was unable to.
Breakfast was good.
The college students were drunk at night and were very loud.
Location. We were attending an weekend event at the college. Ut was an easy drive. There was plenty of places to eat near by. Maid staff was very kind.
For the price the hotel was fine. The rooms are not well insulated so you could hear everything that went on outside the room.
Staff was great
