Dorint an der Kongresshalle Augsburg

Dorint hotel was very comfortable and clean. Extra bed had been prepared in our room as requested Breakfast was excellent with hot food cooked to order. Overall very good value for money. Would recommend this hotel

Was a little far from the town to easily walk there. We ate in the hotel which was fine (burgers and fries from the bar menu)

Perfect view if you pick up room at higher floor facing the park. Don't take rooms on the 3rd floor - problems with conditioning/heating.

The interior design and decoration of the room and certainly the view of the City of Augsburg from the balcony of my room in the 9th floor. When I asked for two separate bills one of which would go on my employer's account and the other payable from my own pocket, the staff of the reception desk was very helpful and attentive in issueing both bills.

International phone calls from your room are excessively costly. So be careful and think twice before you dial any number outside Germany. The thing is that the computerized phone call tracking system of the hotel does not tell you how many minutes you have actually talked. It only reveals the phone number dialed, when it was dialed, and how much charge is applicable to it.

The ambience was superb, the room and view were superb.

The cushions were too soft. Very very very expensive breakfast.
