Overview

The Napa Mermaid Hotel & Suites offers 4-star accommodations near Glyki Nero Beach, with two bars and lounges, a complimentary buffet breakfast, and complimentary hotel-wide WiFi. Aiya Napa Sculpture Park, the Monastery, and Love Bridge are just a short walk from the property, which is also close to Cape Greco National Forest and plenty of area beaches. There is a 24-hour airport shuttle available for a charge.

This hotel offers 150 guest rooms and suites with a full-service spa and health club for guest enjoyment. There is also an indoor and outdoor pool at the property, along with a terrace and a children’s pool. All of the luxury guest rooms include a private furnished balcony and beach towels are provided, as well.

The hotel front desk is available 24 hours a day and daily housekeeping is provided. The hotel also offers free parking for all guests. Select guest rooms offer sea views and room service is offered during limited hours. The hotel also offers tennis lessons and bicycle rentals, along with one meeting room. Dry cleaning and laundry service, concierge services, and tours and ticket assistance are available, as well.

The hotel offers a multilingual staff. All of the luxury guest rooms include a minibar, bathrobes and slippers, blackout drapes, satellite TV, a desk and phone, and premium beds and bedding. Complimentary bottled water is provided, along with a private bathroom with deluxe amenities. Hypoallergenic bedding is available by request. This non-smoking property does not allow pets.
