Proximity to the spa.
Horrible customer service, as in none. You cannot check into the hotel from 2 pm to 5:30 pm. Upon arrival there is no note, sign, or any form of communication letting the guest know check in times. The doors are locked and no one answers the phone. The owner is slow, rude, and uncompromising in other words; mean. It is your responsibility as the paying guest to read the rules prior to and immediately upon arrival, know the house rules, and adhere to them. The breakfast is one of the most minuscule I've experienced in Europe. We visit Bad Wildbad often and will never stay at this property again!

“We really loved the convenience of the location near the tram , restaurants+ Thermal spa etc. The room was overlooking the river which was nice & it is the first hotel to provide 2 chairs with a table. It is a handy place to stay but do ask for your guest card as soon as you arrive so you start getting your free transport + discounts.”
