Pros (+) Excellent location for the Rossini Festival. Very large room with private terrace and view over the Kurpark. Friendly staff. Would certainly recommend it to other festival-goers.
Cons (-) The dining room was shut when we arrived and the timings didn't suit the Festival programme. Unfortunately,there was a mix up over payment ;the bill was made out for the whole stay, whereas we had already paid for the accommodation. This entailed a delay whilst it was sorted out. However the staff were very apologetic and waived the cost of our beers ,, which was very generous.
