Guests say
The majority of guests expressed significant dissatisfaction with the hotel's cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, used towels, bad smells, and the presence of pests. Safety was a major concern, with multiple mentions of drug activity, aggressive guests, and a generally unsafe environment. Several guests were also disappointed that the pool, advertised online, was not available. While a few reviewers noted friendly staff and convenient location, these positives were overshadowed by the negative experiences related to cleanliness and safety.
