Cockroaches were in the kitchen area. No fans or working ac.

very small room jacuzzi was hot but jets did not work breakfast hours very short and had to walk across parking lot to auxiliary building to eat

Our 2nd night was better. We switched rooms. The ac worked really well for 107 degree weather.
It was so dirty. Our first night the lights didn't turn off. We had to take the light bulbs out. There was no soap anywhere in the room. The bathroom was dirty. Full of hair. There was trash under the beds. I had to wear shoes the entire time we were there. We couldn't reach the front desk with our room phone. We had to call from our cell phones and was puton hold for over 10mins. We were told that we would get 10% off and check out time came around and they ccouldn't do it because we didn't book a room directly through the hotel. We didn't want to stay there a second night but it was close to the hospital my mom was at.
