Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access city attractions. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and language skills, with several guests mentioning specific employees by name. Cleanliness was mixed, with some guests finding rooms and bathrooms spotless, while others noted issues with dirty carpets, towels, or bathrooms. Breakfast quality varied, with some appreciating it and others finding it lacking. A common drawback was the lack of an elevator, which made upper floors difficult to access for some guests. Overall, the hotel offers good value for the price, comfortable rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere.
